How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum, no checkout surprises.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days in the US, 10–18 to Canada/UK/EU/Australia, and 12–25 elsewhere. Every order ships with tracking.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before the parcel ships.

Are your pans really uncoated?
Yes. The cooking surface is bare metal — hammered titanium or 304 stainless steel. There is no PTFE, no PFOA, and no synthetic layer.
Why did food stick to my pan?
Bare metal needs a short preheat. Heat the empty pan on medium for 1–3 minutes, add oil, wait for it to shimmer, then add food. The technique card in the box walks you through it.
My pan shows a golden/rainbow tint — is it defective?
No — that's a natural heat tint on titanium and stainless steel. A squeeze of lemon or a splash of vinegar brings back the shine.
Do the pans work on induction?
Yes — the reinforced bases work on gas, induction, electric, and ceramic stoves.
