Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide — free of charge, on every order. No minimums, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Delivery times

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary during peak seasons, customs processing, or carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll track it down.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of the shipping email, contact us at hi@thehouseland.com.
Customs & import duties
Most orders arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases, your country may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by HOUSELAND.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Lost or undelivered packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and send a free replacement or issue a full refund. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us and we'll help resolve it.
