These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HOUSELAND online store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store & products

We sell kitchenware and home goods for personal, non-commercial use. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color and finish may occur due to screens and manufacturing. Measurements may vary slightly (±1–3 cm) due to manual measurement.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in USD. Payment is collected at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or error (you will be refunded in full if we cancel).

3. Shipping & delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy (30-day returns; full refund or replacement for damaged/defective/incorrect items).

5. Product use & care

Please read the included instructions before first use. Cookware handles and metal parts become hot during use; follow the safety notes provided with each product. HOUSELAND is not liable for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this store (text, images, branding) belongs to HOUSELAND or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the store operates. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably via hi@thehouseland.com.
