Should I get the 47.2 inch or the 59 inch panel?
Match the panel to the furniture below it. The 47.2 in size suits a sofa from about 72 in wide or a queen bed, and the 59 in size suits an 84 in sofa or a king bed. Aim for the art to span roughly two thirds of the furniture width.
Is this real stone or a stone textured finish?
It is a stone textured painted finish over a wood body, not solid stone. That is why a 59 in panel can hang on normal wall fixings. The texture is raised and catches raking light, so it reads as plaster rather than as a printed surface.
Does it plug into a normal US outlet?
Yes. It runs on the included adapter and works on 90-260V, so a standard US outlet is fine. No electrician and no hardwiring are needed, which is what makes this led wall art lighting practical in a rental.
How do I hide the power cord above a sofa?
Most buyers run the cord down the wall behind the sofa or use a paintable cord channel. The cord exits at the back edge of the panel. We show the cord honestly in one of the photos rather than styling it out.
Is the light bright enough to read by?
No, and it is not meant to be. It is ambient led wall decor that washes the wall behind it, similar to a bias light. Use it for evening atmosphere alongside a lamp, not as a replacement for task lighting.
Can I dim it?
Yes. Dimming is built in on every unit — use the included remote to lower it, and the touch switch on the panel for on/off. There is no separate non-dimmable version to choose.
What is actually in the box?
The panel, the clear glass tube bud vase, a remote, a mains adapter and mounting hardware. The small figurine and the plants in the supplier photographs are styling only and are not included.
How is it mounted and will it damage the wall?
It hangs on wall fixings sized for the panel, the same principle as a heavy framed picture. Into a stud or with the right anchor it is secure, and the fixing leaves a normal picture hook hole rather than a large cut.
How long does delivery take?
21 to 31 days. This piece ships from our overseas supplier by the free route, and we would rather tell you the real window than promise a week and miss it. Tracking is provided once it leaves the warehouse.
Can it go in a bathroom or outside?
No. It is rated for dry indoor rooms only. Steam and outdoor damp will get into the LED housing and the textured finish, and that is not covered by the three year warranty.
How do I clean the textured surface?
Dust it with a dry soft brush or a microfibre cloth. Do not use water or spray cleaners on the face, because the texture holds moisture and the paint finish can mark.
What is the warranty?
