Item details Materials, dimensions, what is in the box

A wall mounted vase and a soft light in one narrow object: a hand-textured capsule panel, a walnut-tone shelf and a removable borosilicate tube for a single stem.

It is built for the wall that has nothing on it because nothing fits: the strip beside a doorway, the gap between a window and a corner, the run above a narrow console. One tall capsule fills it without crowding it.

A single tulip, a eucalyptus sprig, a dried lavender stem or a rooting pothos cutting becomes the whole arrangement. The tube lifts out of the bracket for filling, so the wall never gets wet and the stem is always at eye level.

A hidden LED washes the wall behind the panel with a soft halo, which turns it into narrow wall decor that still works after dark. On battery power there is no cord at all, so nothing runs down a wall you cannot drill into.

  • Choose your power at checkout. Battery LED runs cord free on batteries, which are not supplied; Plug-in LED uses a mains adapter.
  • The LED lights the wall behind the panel rather than the face itself. That halo is the effect.
  • Fill the glass tube off the wall and wipe any drips before you slot it back, since the textured face should not be left wet.
  • Measurements are taken by hand and may differ by about 1 cm.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about the materials, care and everyday use — no fine print.

How tall is it and how much wall does it take?

Design A is 60 cm (23.6 in) tall and 24 cm (9.4 in) wide. Designs B and C are 56 cm (22 in) tall and 25 cm (9.8 in) wide. All three are 4 cm (1.6 in) deep, which suits a strip of long narrow wall art beside a door or between a window and a corner.

Does it need a cord?

Only if you choose the plug-in version. The Battery LED option runs cord free, which is why it works on a wall with no socket nearby and in rented rooms where you cannot run cable. Pick the one you want at checkout.

Can I put fresh flowers in it?

Yes. The borosilicate glass tube holds water and lifts out of the walnut bracket, so you fill it at the tap and slot it back. A single tulip, rose, orchid stem or eucalyptus sprig is what it is proportioned for.

Can I root cuttings in it?

That is one of the most common uses. Pothos, philodendron and tradescantia cuttings all root well in a clear tube with good light, which effectively turns a strip of narrow vertical wall art into a small propagation station.

What is the panel made of?

MDF and engineered wood carrying a hand-applied stone-effect texture, with a walnut-tone wood shelf bracket. The surface is matte and tactile rather than printed, so it catches side light and holds a shadow.

How is it hung?

On a keyhole hanger fitted to the back, using the included hardware. One fixing carries it, and because the panel is light there is no need to find a stud or use a masonry anchor on a standard plasterboard wall.

How bright is the light?

It is an accent glow, not a room light. The remote controls colour and brightness, so it can sit very low as a night light beside a bed, or turn up to give a hallway a soft wash after dark.

What is the difference between Design A, B and C?

Design A is the tall one at 60 cm, a cream panel with a terracotta U-holder. Design B is 56 cm, a cream panel with two slot cutouts and a walnut shelf above the holder. Design C is 56 cm in reverse: a terracotta panel with a cream holder. All three take the same glass tube and remote.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the panel gently with a soft dry cloth. The stone-effect texture is porous, so keep water, steam and solvents off it. The glass tube can be rinsed in the sink and the wood shelf dusted like any other ledge.

What is in the box and what if it arrives damaged?

The panel with its shelf fitted, the glass tube vase, the remote and the keyhole mounting hardware. Shipping is free and tracked. If anything arrives cracked or chipped, send a photo within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Where does this piece work best?

It is made for the narrow strip of wall nothing else fits: beside a door, in a living room accent spot, an entryway or hallway, a dining nook, behind a desk, a reading corner or a spa or salon reception. The glow is a calm accent rather than a room light, and the Battery LED option suits spots with no nearby outlet, since no cord runs along the baseboard.

Is this good for keeping a small home's surfaces clear?

Yes. The panel is only 4 cm (1.6 in) deep, so it barely projects off the wall, and it hangs from a single keyhole hanger, so a vase and a soft light go on the wall instead of taking up a shelf, table or countertop in a small home.

Can renters use it without hardwiring anything into the wall?

Yes. It suits rented rooms where wiring is not an option, since the Battery LED option runs on batteries rather than a mains adapter. Nothing needs to be run through the wall or connected by an electrician, so it works the same in a rental as it would in an owned home.

What makes this piece worth buying over a plain wall vase?

Look at the details that are easy to skip: the texture is hand-applied stone-effect, not printed, the glass tube is borosilicate and lifts out to hold real water, and the LED halo is controlled by remote for both color and brightness. It hangs from one keyhole hanger, so the build stays simple despite those extras.

What are the pros and cons of this MDF and wood panel?

It isn't wood and metal: the panel is MDF and engineered wood with a walnut-tone wood shelf, no metal parts at all. Pros: hand-applied texture, a removable tube that actually holds water, and a cord-free battery option. Cons: the texture and wood tone vary slightly piece to piece since they're applied by hand, and measurements can differ by about 1 cm.

Is it worth choosing over a plain vase and a separate wall light?

Yes, if you were going to buy those two things separately anyway. This is a wall mounted vase and a soft light in one narrow object, so a single keyhole fixing carries both instead of two separate items competing for the same strip of wall. The glass tube still lifts out of the bracket for filling, exactly like a standalone vase would.

Is the vase tube ordinary glass?

No. It is borosilicate glass, not a standard glass tube, and it lifts fully out of the walnut-tone bracket so you can fill it at the faucet without getting the panel wet. It holds real water for fresh stems and slides back into the bracket once it's filled.

Which stems and flowers actually fit the tube well?

Rose and ranunculus stems and orchid stems both suit it, as do dried options like pampas and bunny tail grass or dried lavender and wheat. The glass tube runs 15 cm (6 in) long, which is proportioned for a single stem rather than a full bunch.

Is this a better fit than a plain floating shelf for a narrow strip of wall?

For a slim vertical stretch of wall, yes. It is built for filling a strip of tall narrow wall art or long narrow vertical wall decor beside a door, a spot where a horizontal floating shelf with a vase balanced on top looks out of proportion. Here the shelf and holder come fitted to the panel itself, so there is one piece to hang, not several.

What tools or hardware do I need to hang it myself?

Everything mounting-related ships in the box: a keyhole mounting hardware set built for the keyhole hanger on the back. With that included set, a screwdriver is really all you need, since the panel's light weight rules out a stud finder or a heavy masonry bolt kit.
