Blue pit ball shoppers seeking a neutral alternative can choose these mocha-colored plastic ball pit balls in a 100-piece set for household play. These play balls are intended for children ages 6–12 and can be used together as a matching set. Choose them for a coordinated look rather than a mix of bright colors.
Add the balls to your existing ball pit or bring them out for supervised play, then gather them back together when playtime is finished. The set includes 100 individual balls, so check the size of your play space before deciding how many sets you need. Each ball measures approximately 1.97 × 1.97 × 1.97 inches (5 × 5 × 5 cm).
Keep the balls away from open flames and prevent children from putting them in their mouths or swallowing them. Keep these age recommendations and precautions in mind when setting up your play area.
These ball pool balls solve a playroom refill hassle, not a kitchen problem: you get 100 matching mocha-colored balls in one set instead of choosing individual pieces. They offer a straightforward option for replenishing an existing ball pit for kids ages 6–12.
The coordinated color keeps the look consistent without mixing different shades. Check your pit’s dimensions before choosing how many sets to buy, since the quantity you need depends on the space you want to fill.
The problem in numbers
50.4% of US teenagers ages 12–17 reported at least four hours of daily screen time outside schoolwork. (CDC, National Center for Health Statistics, 2024)
45.6% of US teenagers ages 12–14 reported at least four hours of daily screen time outside schoolwork. (CDC, National Center for Health Statistics, 2024)
22.8% of US teenagers ages 12–17 reported three hours of daily screen time outside schoolwork. (CDC, National Center for Health Statistics, 2024)
These findings describe teenagers, not the full younger age group these play balls are intended for, but provide context for families seeking screen-free activities. Added to an appropriate play enclosure, the balls offer a screen-free play option without a demonstrated claim to reduce screen time or increase exercise.
Why choose this one?
Choose this set for its mocha color, plastic construction, and straightforward 100-ball pack. If bright multicolor assortments aren’t your style, these ball pond balls offer a neutral alternative for your child’s play space, with each ball measuring approximately 1.97 inches (5 cm) across.
The practical advantage is knowing exactly what you’re ordering: 100 play balls for children ages 6–12. That makes it easier to compare pack quantities and ball dimensions when planning an indoor ball pit, rather than choosing by appearance alone.
What exactly do you get?
Your package contains one set of 100 mocha-colored plastic play pit balls, each approximately 1.97 × 1.97 × 1.97 inches (5 × 5 × 5 cm). The pack size is 100 balls, and the style is a matching mocha assortment rather than a mixed-color selection.
Use the balls together in your existing play setup for children ages 6–12. For a small ball pit, compare the enclosure’s measurements with the ball size and pack quantity to decide how much coverage you want.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about the materials, care and everyday use — no fine print.
How many balls come in one pack?
Each pack contains 100 ball pool balls. Use that quantity to compare packs when planning how many balls to order for your play area.
What size are the individual balls?
Each ball measures approximately 1.97 × 1.97 × 1.97 inches (5 × 5 × 5 cm). Compare these dimensions with your existing ball pond balls if you want a similar size.
What material are these balls made from?
These ball pool balls are made from plastic. Choose them based on the stated material, size, and quantity rather than assuming they have the properties of foam or fabric balls.
What color will I receive?
You will receive mocha-colored balls. These are a neutral-colored alternative to white pit balls, not a white or multicolor assortment.
What age group are these intended for?
The recommended age range is 6–12 years. If you are shopping for a baby ball pit, choose balls specifically intended for that younger age group instead.
Does the package include a ball pit enclosure?
The package contents are 100 balls, rather than a complete ball pit for kids. Plan to use them with an enclosure you purchase separately or already own.
Will 100 balls fill my existing pit?
The amount of coverage depends on your enclosure’s dimensions and the depth you want. Measure your ball pit for kids before ordering; a 100-ball pack does not indicate a specific filled capacity.
How should I clean these balls?
Follow the cleaning directions supplied with your ball pool balls. Do not assume they are dishwasher-safe or suitable for boiling, bleach, or other cleaning treatments.
Are these balls crush-proof?
Do not choose these ball pond balls on the assumption that they are crush-proof. Plastic construction alone does not establish how much pressure they can withstand.
Would these make a suitable gift?
They can be a practical gift for a child ages 6–12 who already has a ball pit for kids. Check that the recipient wants mocha-colored balls and that the ball size suits their existing setup.
What precautions should I follow during play?
Keep these ball pool balls away from open flames and prevent children from putting them in their mouths or swallowing them. Supervise play and follow the recommended age range of 6–12 years.
