We never say how wide this hangs
For a piece whose whole job is filling a specific stretch of wall, that is the one gap worth naming before anything else.
What is published: this is a macrame leaf wall hanging built as a garland, not a panel. A single beaded cord strings between two wall points and sags into a shallow U, and from it hang roughly a dozen and a half individually shaped cord leaves at staggered drop lengths - some just below the cord, some reaching well past the others. Small wood beads sit along the cord between the leaves. There is no wooden top bar and no rectangle of woven fabric; the whole piece is cord, beads and shaped leaves.
100% polyester, made using the tatting technique. Tatting and macrame are different needlework techniques; we have not resolved which one actually made this piece, and say so rather than pick one.
