This is fabric wall hanging decor built from two materials only: a half-round cap of grained wood, flat edge down, and a curtain of cotton fringe hanging from that flat edge. It is sold in four listed options, and every one of them pairs the wood cap with fringe in a different color. That much is what the option names suggest, and it is true as far as it goes.
100% Cotton, Tatting technique. Cotton covers the fringe; it says nothing about the wood cap, which every photograph on this piece shows as a solid, grained panel. And nothing in any photograph looks tatted - no knotted lace, just straight lengths of cord hung and combed.
